1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Client", "Buyer" or "you") and Leo91Psi Game Designs ("Leo91Psi", "the Studio", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing leo91psi.games, contacting us, hiring us, or purchasing any of our games, products, services or solutions (together, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms — and to every Deal / Sales Term published on our website.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company, and "you" refers to it.

2. Who We Serve

Our Services are intended exclusively for businesses and professionals — online casino / iGaming operators, Web3 projects, game studios and other game-related businesses. We are a B2B software development and creative design studio; we do not offer gambling services to players.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

3. Our Services

We provide, among others:

  • Provably fair arcade & casino games (e.g. Crash, Plinko, Mines, Dice, Limbo, Tower, Wheel, Double, CoinFlip, Baccarat) and slot games
  • Full online casino platform development (turnkey / white-label, custom-built)
  • Polymarket-style prediction market clone scripts
  • Custom crypto deposit / withdrawal wallet systems
  • Private marketing & transactional email systems
  • Slots game art and general game art creation packages
  • Full-stack front-end & back-end development

Product details, prices and delivery estimates are shown on our website at the time of purchase, or agreed with you directly in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • 100% pre-payment: every deal is strictly paid 100% upfront, before work begins. No exceptions.
  • 50 / 50 model (case by case): for some projects, discussed one-on-one, we may accept 50% before the project starts and 50% on completion. This is decided individually and is not available for every product or service.
  • Crypto payments only: we accept cryptocurrency only — Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. No credit cards, bank transfers or other payment methods.
  • No escrow: we do not work with escrow agents or middlemen of any kind. Every engagement is conducted on a full-trust basis.
  • Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). The price agreed at the time of purchase is final. Network / transaction fees are paid by the sender.
  • Taxes: you are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies that apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction.

5. Project Acceptance

We have our own project quality standards and reserve the right to decline any project, at our discretion — including projects we consider low quality, ethically questionable, or not interesting / challenging enough.

6. Delivery & Deadlines

Delivery times vary case by case — generally from 5 days up to 90 days, depending on the product or service.

Any deadline we give is an approximate estimate, not a set-in-stone promise. Creative work demands extreme attention to detail and quality control, and we always strive to deliver on time and to your full satisfaction.

7. Unlimited Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions within the original / initial scope of the project:

  • ✅ Free: fixes for anything we got wrong, or that displeases you within the original scope — until you're 100% happy.
  • 💲 Charged extra: completely changing the project, or adding new scope, after final delivery.

8. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once we are hired, or once you purchase a product / service / solution, no refunds will be given — because we offer unlimited revisions within the original scope until you're satisfied. Digital goods and source code, once delivered, cannot be returned.

9. Source Code, Ownership & Licence

Every purchase of our games or products includes full source codes, except:

  • Slot machine animation files and asset packs
  • Creative VFX source files (.AEP or Spine 2D)
  • SFX source files

These remain our private creative methods. Instead, you receive the final rendered files (e.g. animations and VFX as PNG or WEBP sprite sheets).

Once paid in full, you may use, modify and operate the delivered files for your own business, with no recurring licence or rental fees. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share our products or source code with third parties, or offer them as a white-label / SaaS product to others.

Our studio name, logos, portfolio and any pre-existing tools, libraries and methods remain our property. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project starts.

10. Installation, Support & Maintenance

Every project includes a one-time, free of charge installation and configuration service on your infrastructure.

After installation, you and your developers are responsible for maintenance, further customization and changes. Continuous support + maintenance is available as an optional, paid, month-by-month service at $5,000 USD per month.

11. Client Responsibilities & Regulatory Compliance

We provide software and creative services — not gambling operations. You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining all gambling, gaming or other licences required where you operate
  • Complying with all applicable laws — including AML / KYC, tax, consumer-protection, advertising, data-protection and responsible-gaming laws
  • Any regulator, licensing or certification submissions (we do not offer a submission service)
  • The operational security of your platform after delivery, and paying out all player winnings under your published rules

Our games use a 100% provably fair system and a certification-ready RNG architecture and game math model, so they can be prepared for submission by you — but we assume no responsibility for licensing, regulation, certification or operations.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use our products or services to:

  • Target players in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or where you are not licensed
  • Disable or tamper with the provably fair mechanisms, or operate rigged / non-transparent games
  • Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other financial crime
  • Infringe the intellectual-property rights of others, or distribute malware or harmful code

13. Use of AI Tools

We use some AI tools in our creative processes — for example asset variations, background removal, colouring / texturing and batch edits — to boost efficiency and deliver faster. All work is directed, reviewed and finished by our team.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

Products and services are delivered "as is" once accepted. While we build with care and fix issues within the original scope, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party system.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific product or service concerned. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, revenue, players, data, goodwill or business opportunities.

You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, fine or loss arising from your operation of our products, your failure to hold a required licence, or your breach of applicable law.

16. Termination

We may stop work and terminate an engagement if you breach these Terms, request prohibited use, or act abusively or fraudulently. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Changes take effect once published on this page; continuing to use our Services means you accept them.

18. Disputes

Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith, by direct communication. Messages are considered properly sent when made in writing (by email) with all necessary details.
